Channel Registration Form

Instructions: (Read and understand completely before filling in the form. If you need help, ask in #cservice.)

  • All applications will be reviewed by Channel Service Staff. Supporters
    will be emailed to verify sponsorship. The purpose of having
    supporters is to make sure you have a basic userbase, to help
    populate and develop your channel.
  • Please check the accuracy of the information your provide. Errors
    will cause a delay in processing.

 

Real Name: Enter your in real life name.

Nickname: List the nickname you intent to use on IRC.

Your Email: Please list the email address which you use most. This will be email which WolfChat will use to communicate important information to you.

Your Whois: While connected to WolfChat, please perform a /whois on yourself and paste the first line into the whois information.
Example : /whois WOLFGAR
WOLFGAR is drizzt@gitch.nyct.net * Anthony
Your Whois: drizzt@gitch.nyct.net

Channel Name: Please specify a name for your proposed channel, keeping in mind that it may not contain any spaces or ascii characters.

Channel Topic: Please state the nature of chat for your channel. For example. if you are registering a channel named #Coffee-House the topic might be : A place for friends to gather and discuss life over a cup of virtual coffee.

Supporters: State the nickname and valid email address of 5 supporters, not including yourself, for your proposed channel, in this format.

Before sending the form, make sure all the information has been provided and that no errors or typos have been made.
